How does Champion Tracker detect job changes?
We store the LinkedIn profile URLs of your contacts and periodically scrape their publicly visible Experience section. When we detect a new company, a new job title, or a departure from their current company, we trigger a Slack notification to your team immediately.
Do my contacts need to approve or know about this?
No. We only scrape publicly visible LinkedIn profile information. We never access private data, message your contacts, or do anything that requires their consent. We're similar to setting up a Google Alert for someone's name.
How is this different from UserGems or Intalent?
UserGems and Intalent charge $20,000-$50,000 per year and are built for Enterprise sales teams. Champion Tracker starts free in beta and is designed specifically for SMB CS teams who need a simple, affordable way to track job changes without a complex setup.
Which CRMs do you support?
In beta, we're starting with manual LinkedIn URL entry. After beta, we'll support HubSpot and Salesforce integration so you can import contacts directly from your existing CRM without manual data entry.
What happens when a champion changes jobs?
You'll receive a Slack notification within minutes of our next check with: the contact's name, their previous company/role, their new company/role, and suggested next steps (e.g. send a congratulations message, intro to your product at the new company).
When will Champion Tracker launch publicly?

How do I get started?

What about data privacy and compliance?
We only store LinkedIn profile URLs and job change events. We never sell, share, or use your contact data for any purpose other than delivering the job change alert service. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
